Return Policy

Returns

Every item we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping.  However, if an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately for return authorization.  All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.  If you decide you simply do not want an item you will be responsible for return shipping.  All returned products must be accompanied by a sales receipt and in condition suitable for resale.  We cannot accept returns on copyrighted materials, including but not limited to: patterns, leaflets, books and charts.  We are sorry but kits, fabrics, floss and special orders are also not returnable.

Shipping

It is our policy to ship all in-stock items within three business days using the United States Postal Service.  You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped.  Shipping prices are as follows:

$0-9.99 = $2.00 first class mail

$0-9.99 = $3.85 priority mail

$10-19.99 = $4.85 first class mail

$20-39.99 = $5.95 first class mail

$40-59.99 = $6.95 first class mail

$60-79.99 = $7.95 first class mail

$80-99.99 = $8.95 first class mail

over $100 = $9.95 first class mail.
